London and Moscow are correct... but 1 is still missing  :)

I hope u agree that Wales and Scotland are part of GB and do not have national capitals... some locals may of course disagree  :)

Wolf37,

Hmmm, I beleive you may be mistaken! Canada has surrendered on many occasions!

[surrenders by Canada in the 1900's]
  • The NHL is is a prime example - it now comprised of many "french speaking Canadians" who have surrendered thier Teams!   :p
  • Canadians have surrendered large quantities of "Molson & Moosehead Beer" to ungreatful Yankee Hoser's!
  • Doug & Bob Mckenzie surrendered the instructions to the Canadian pass time of "Beer Hunter to the USA"
  • Canadians have surrendered the "exclusive rights" to Wayne Gretzky, John Candy (deceased), Jim Carry, Eugene Levy, Phil Hartman, Conan O'Brian, Alex Trebeck, Bob & Doug Mckenzie ....(where do I stop AAAAAAAA?)

Thunder:

Not Canada, the french population is the largest in the world that has never surrender to any body.
