This has happened to me a number of times:

I go to the maproom to post a mission and the editor won't let me because the "join by" time should be later than the start time. Every time, the time is clearly later.

This kind of thing is an intermittant thing. Most of the time it works fine, but sometimes (like 2 mins ago), it just won't let missions get posted.

Is this a bug?

first instinct is no, but I haven't really noticed enough to remember
