Why do my frame rates bounce between the high 70's and the high 30's? Have Radeon 7000 vid card, Athlon XP 2000, and 768 in ram. Cable modem with good pings. What could be wrong? The bounce seems to give a lag effect causing some gunnery issues. Possible?
