Today's action, only 2 games

Hurricanes again beat the Devils in overtime 2 to 1.  They now take a 2 game lead over last years East champions.

And I'm filled with (insert hblairs quote:  orgasmic glee) that Vancouver once again thrashed Detroit tonight 5-2.  Apparently it took taunting from their own fans to even get Detroit on the board..hehe.

Only game 2 but for Vancouver to walk out of Detroit with 2 wins..is a HUGE confidence high.

That's all I want... Canucks over the Red Wings and the Kings over Colorado.

Oh... it would be nice if we got to see Blake's fibula sticking out of his sock.

typical of LA fans.  Blake played his heart out for you guys and this is how he gets treated.

Tough series IMO.  Toughest in the playoffs prolly.

I have mixed emotions.  I really dig Deadmarsh but have to go with Forseberg ;)

Even while Blake played for LA, I always considered him the most overrated defenseman in the NHL. :D

Getting rid of him is the reason the Kings are in the playoffs this year.

ok.. I can agree with that.  He's overrated.
Foote puts him to shame IMO.

Plus now we have that little pain in the A:  Casper

Ok I'm definately drunk after many a Budwieser and many a St Pauli's girl but here goes the scores.

Unfortunately the Av's beat the kings: 5-3

phoenix enters the story and blows my sweep series by beating the sharks:  3 to 1

The Leafs again shows the spirit I like out of those folks across the border by beating the Islanders: 2-0

Ottawa (who I love if I had to pick an east coast team) beat the philly flyers today! : 2-0

And  at the game I got drunk at!!!!!!! St Louis Blues beat the Blackhawks : 2-0.  Really liked this game tonight.  The Hawks showed some life in the 3rd period but were really not a factor in 2 of them :)   Keep playing like that Hawks..hehe.  And Johnson...even though ur a rookie goal tender, I like you man.  You got the gift just keep it up.  Even the top goalie's had to start as a rookie down the road.!!!!

Frodo..were u there today or watch on TV?
