Combine this with a perk point cap and it sounds like fun.
I would love to fly some of the older a/c in a competative enviroment, and still allow other players to fly what they like (most of the time).
This also creates "goals" for players that they can be rewarded for. Very important aspect in gaming IMO.
(PS, I didn't look at the actual #'s...just the idea)
