WEP and engine life time
Hi
Now days we can use WEP forever without big problems. Well almost :-)
Use WEP maximum time and it disengage automaticly. No worry if you just get out from bad sitution and you can rtb.
While that 30s refuelin& -arming you just shotdown engine and suddenly you have totally fresh engine again... Wow! Lets roll boys!
What if:
Every time when you use WEP, engine lifetime get shorter and shorten.
After multiple re upping & WEP use engine first start randomly lose power, then more often and at last totally.
Its service time:
Bring your baby to the hangar for service if you like continue your kill streak or just salvage that old toejam and take a new one like now.
Service time (max. 5min) could depands generally condition of you plane or you can choise Engine, frame or both. Its time for wc, cigaret and another beer etc. ;-))
Now really need take care how and WHEN you use WEP. Also you need to aware how it could effect engine life.
