I think I can sum it up with...

Colorado's difference was Forsberg (Heyduk didn't hurt either).

LA's difference was Boucher. He neutralized Forsberg...

Oh... and losing Deadmarsh really hurt the AtoZ line.

Oh well... see ya next year. :)

The Kings put up a great fight.
IMO the difference was depth.  Once LA's big players got hurt it was all over.

Have to give them credit for having heart and determination!

No question...

Not enough defensemen and no goal scorers except the AtoZ line.

Smolinski needs to put his scoring hat back on..

two years in a row,
gone to game 7,
and Chris Drury scores the winning goal.

Nah... Drury is a skilled player. Got a little tired of hearing ESPN say the same thing EVERY single time Drury breathed near a puck. "Drury is a big time player and he comes through on big time games."

A few players stand out in Colorado... Tanquay, Reinprect, and Messier. I wouldn't mind seeing these in King's gear. :)

Others are chumps: Forsberg, Kasparaitis, Larsen come to mind.

you guys traded Reinprecht to us :)

Hinote, what a great addition for the 'spunk' factor,
large pool of talented rookies led by Verbata,
and of course the Force... he's only gonna' get better as the playoffs continue.

biggest factor in the playoffs.. always is.. Roy.
Love him or hate him, he's the man.
