It's not a P-40B in AVG markings, but the P-40E is an awesome addition. Good job Superfly, I am looking forward to flying it.

An earlier P-40 would be a better fit for the AVG markings.  Only about 30 Kittyhawks were used by the AVG, as opposed to roughly 100 Tomahawks.

Guys, I want you to pay attention to something and go look at other 3D planes.  Look at where the wing joins the fuselage.  Notice how smooth the lighting transition is.

Damn nice work Super.  Screenies I have seen from other games do not transition nearly as well as what you have done here.  A really beautiful piece of work.  And a big salute on that cockpit glass.  Nice touches.  Very nice.

Yeah. Frankly, our P-38L in AH is already starting to look like crap.

Not only Tigers' mouth but there was a P40 squadron known as the flying skulls.  They had the skull painted in the same position on the aircraft, the lower portion of the jaw being the oil cooler and carbourator intake.  That looked great also!

Anyone have a good site with P40E specs?

This one says a P40F "Kittyhawk II" had 6 .50 caliber guns mounted on the wings and cowl guns removed.  What are the major diffs between the E and F models?

The "F" has a merlin engine and shorter range (fuel reduced to save weight).   It really didn't perform all that much better.
