Film Recording & Audio Recording- HTC plz read
« on: May 01, 2002, 10:54:11 AM »
I dunno, maybe I just haven't found it yet... but I can't figure out a way to either a) record just the film or b) remove the AHvoice recordings from ahf films.... but leaving them as ahf films.

Films that were once 800kb are now 4MBs... with a 56K connx I can't send out films I think are neat to whoever...

So basically, is there any way to remove the vox recordings in the films other than saving them as avi and losing image quality... if not.. is there any way you (HTC) can make it so we have a choice of recording both audio and video.. or just video?

Oh yeah, the other downside is that now I have audio chatter from my squad mates recorded in. It doesn't make for interesting commentary when you are in the middle of combat and hearing "I had chicken for dinner" through your speakers (when reviewing the film).

Thanks!

Not to mention that some squadies (like me) tend to get a case of "sailor mouth" when they drink and fly.... It's like shore leave on VOX sometimes lol. I gotta knock that off lol.
