What is the problem that all these unperk or change perk requests are trying to resolve? Perked the way they are the planes are showing up in the numbers that were intended.
If we want to see them a little more then lower their perk values a little.
Most of these requests come from people with enough perkies to fly the things whenever they want to even if they cost twice as much.
All this drivel makes the BBS boring.
