The picture lacks definition. There's a man standing in front of a truck towing a field gun, but the details are not discernable.

It's the Beverly Hillbillies towing Jeds "varmit gun" to California. It was a very touching episode.

It's a white soldier standing in front of a vehicle pulling a cannon.

He's wearing shorts, so it must be hot. I would place him in the Mediterranean, possibly Italian.

The vehicles are very old, which doesnt necessarily mean they were old at the time of the picture. They are circa 1920's vehicles, but could have still been in use in WWII.

The artillery piece look austrian or german to me.

If I had to guess I would say it was an italian soldier towing some german artillery circa 1940.

Thats british artillerty tractor from ww1 era and was used again during early part of ww2. Finnish got same looking tractors at Äänislinna during 1941-43 as snowplows. Finnish tractors used solid ww1 "tires" as these things are running with normal tires. But i have no idea what is this mystery truck...
