Naval Aviation Symposium
« on: May 10, 2002, 12:11:05 AM »
Naval Aviation Symposium at the Navy Aviation Museum yesterday (09 May) and today.  I didnt hear about it until yesterday, or I would have posted sooner.  I didnt get to go Thurday due to work, but I will be there for at least part of Fridays itenerary.  Lots of space and aviation heroes around yesterday according to my friends that went.
I guess you have to make reservations to get a seat at these events, but they are free (except for the banquet and luncheon) and as far as I know, the rest of the museum remains open, so if you go without making reservations, you still will probably get to see some famous people and maybe get to listen in on the symposium.  Call the museum first to doublecheck that though, if you want to go.
