HT originally stated, i believe, that phase two of the strat update would come at some point in 1.09, along with a larger terrain...

Pyro's news update(Thanx for that!) mentions neither .... just 1.10...

What happened is the terrains took longer than we anticipated to complete, we could not hold off any longer with diving into 1.10, so we pushed the strat part 2 to be in 1.10. It's already completly written, we just do not have any completed terrains for it yet.
