Thicker skin
You guys are doing a great job; now grow some skin so you are less likely to be put off by the whiny masses.
I think any plane is a good plane, whether I plan to fly it every day or not. I suspect there's a pretty substantial number of people like this out there.
It's the "I want instant gratification" crowd you have to learn to ignore. Buy them some hand lotion and tell them to go gratify themselves.

PS. I thought the title somewhat appropriate; its been used for everything from nmore programmers to new aircraft to a completely new combat model
