A kill with a 202 should be worth more then a kill with a 262 IMO.

Used for perks, why not points?

Would help balance the use of the planeset.

Perks already do this...

Your contribution to the team is the same whether u get kills in a tempest or a 202.  Though the tempest will likely get more kills per gallon o fuel, so perhaps... the tempest deserves more reward for using less resources....
AND odds are the tempest will be returned in one piece.. again saving resources +)

The ENY values and perk system do offer incentive to fly early war aircraft.

I think my suggestion concerning individual score points would add another incentive.

AH's scoring formula does not include 'contribution to the team'.

Can something of unlimited supply be considered a resource?

What about replacing kill ratio with a perk-ratio? (Or adding it)

i.e.
F4u-1(40eny) kills a n1k2(10eny), then the reverse happens.
n1k has .25 kill points, but 4 death points
f4u-1 has 4 kill points, and .25 death points

I'm not sure this is a good idea.

Actually, I'm pretty sure this is a bad idea.

Like I said before, a kill is a kill, no one should be punished for flying the better or easier plane in that way, we have perks that's enough.

What's a "point"?

I fly, I kill, maybe I land - but moslty I throw away my Bic-Lighter-Plane when it runs out of ammo and gas.
