You've been reading the radar threads for a couple of years on these boards now. The complaints from many (such as myself) that field capture, especially NOE, was very impractical the way the MA radar settings were. I argued my points on this board til my brain hurt. Me and a few others stuck to our guns whenever the difficulty of organized field capture was brought up. It was nearly impossible before if the country wasn't asleep.
And with the last version, you gave us your answer to the problem, the field warning system. Well, to be honest, I got so burnt out on field capture that my squad hasn't done any organized squad night capture attempts in months. I was just tired of the cardiac scares of capturing fields every night. It's gotta be the most exciting aspect of the main arena.

Anyway, last night my squaddies and I hooked up and tried some NOE captures. We were able to capture the two fields we attempted. The point of this is I think the two fields recieved just enough warning (15 miles?) before the field started blinking on the map. I believe that strikes a good balance between defender and attacker. Thanks for adding this feature to the game.
