I and a few other Mongrels got our butts handed to us by some very good LW JU-88 drivers tonight.

Well done, lads! Very impressive showing by an outnumbered LW tonight!

Hey hey! MAG-33 had the job of escorting a flight of JU88's...the VOX sounded something like this as we were in front of our JU88's and above by 1 mile:

Vulcan: "Con, 1 clk."
Ripsnort:"Probably a scout..."
<2 min passes by>
Ripsnort:"3 more dots now, 1 clk..."
Ripsnort:"12 dots now, 1 clk, and..oh toejam...3 more 11 clk."
<1 min passes by>
Ripsnort:"JU88's suggest you turn West, we're now outnumbered 2 to 1, vis at least 20 cons..."

We tried to stay with our bombers the best we could, we got at least 2 of the 5 JU88'
s we were escorting into the target area...we shot down 15, and lost 7 of our original 11 (2 had to ditch, and proximity kills were awarded to the enemy)...ah well, it was a target rich environment!

heheh i know rip but tas was suposed to escort us to our target but we never saw em we got jumped by several fighters called for
help none came and got no reply i got managed to shoot dn 3 and 2 others got 1 each plus a few damaged .. we did get our target tho we all were lost .
