Do you get any?
If you don't, you should. Same goes for dropping drunks.
Both are probably the most thankless, but needed, parts of the game

Successfully dropping drunks for base capture gets you lots of perks. Unfortunately I've never seen perks awarded for resupply runs, but as essential as they are, perhaps perks should be awarded.

I think that I have recieved perks for resupplying a field. these were ver minor, but i think so they should be because you able to carry many hangers in the back of that goon, which is just unreal and to easy.
As for drooping troops i think the perks are just right.

PERKS are given for supply runs

I've had 8 perk HQ supply runs, and up to 6 for field supply

The # of perks u recieve is based on how many damaged objects are within 1k radius (i think) of where u supplies land
the more damaged, the more perks

I didn't realise it was so,

do you still only get the perks for the things you resuply in that rasius, or does it just depend on how much damage there is in that radius.

I have never had such a high resupply score , but i  must try and look for the more damaged areas.

The flip side of it is, if resupply didnt happen then bases would remain porked, making it difficult to fly and fight or, move from one base to capture or defend another.
It depends on what mode you are in I guess. If I just wanna fly and furball I won't do it; if I join an effort, then I may fly resupply; I generally don't think about the points.
If I want points, I will fly an unperked plane and kill nme fiters or buffs.

yes i agree don, i wouldn't do it for the perks but the perks do make a difference.

When i fly a goon i like getting 12.5 perks fora capture, so i take part in more efforts to capture bases, this will probably be the same with resupllies.

But i do understand that when used in efforts perks aren't what count because there is an actual objective.

The origonal argument was about how thankless they were, we have proved in many ways that they are not thankless, and how they should be used sometimes just for the goons aim.

Your suggestion skurj would just be for the goons aim, which i would say  they are most used for in the arena.

We could come up with many more suggestions like this. Goons do pay well in perks, for some jobs  and they are a very crucial part to the game. this is obviously a good mix because even if people are doing it for the perks or the aim , the goon is being used for what it should be used for. This helps the game play like it was made to be played.
