Court Rules Against Abortion Foes.

I'm typically a fervent 1st Amendment supporter, but I can't see these people having any protection from the Constitution. It's a hit list for toejame's sake.

The list is here:
http://www.thenurembergfiles.com

They're complete idiots. In response to the 9th Circuit Court opinion, they've added the six judges to the list.

EDIT: Been digging around the http://www.christiangallery.com site. Nothing much scarier than a group of religious militants.

Gee, what a surprise......

Granted, the website is run by an idiot, but even idiots are free to  talk about,  or "list" people they dislike, despise, or even hate.   Whatever happened to "i despise what you are saying but i will defend with my life your right to say it"?

BTW,  at least HALF the US population is against abortion, which is legalized murder in many people's opinion.   Abortionists must have some interesting Karma.......

Speaking of idiots,  "The Ninth Circuit Of Left-Liberal Appeals will be overturned by the US Supreme Court  for  this patently un-Constitutional decision.  At least i hope so.  If not, shyster lawyers and Big Bro' might be after YOU next.........

Tough to defend this kind of crap. I wonder if the web site has been toned down since the trial, because as despicable as these folks are, I think this falls under the protection of Free Speech.

Remember Abbey Hoffman's "Steal This Book" ?

Free speech is free speech. Its easy to defend the stuff that you agree with.

They've not toned it down. They've turned up the volume.

It's one thing to speak in general terms about violent acts. Quite often, the court has supported speech similar to Hoffman's.

The real issue comes when they start naming names. Then, it's a threat and threatening speech is not protected by the 1st Amendment.

The fact that it's anti-abortion is irrelevant.

During a walkthrough of the site, I found this picture... doesn't it look like the slogans on the poster were photoshopped in? That seems odd, I mean, is it really that hard to find Real Anti-Abortion protesters?
[Edit] I take it back, it looks like the signs themselves are photoshopped in lol
