I think the A20 will be a better aircraft in which to capture airfields than the B26 is. Hopefully the A20 will carry more nose gun ammo than the pitifully small amount that the B26 does. I would dare to say that if a flight of 3 or 4 A20s could get within divebombing range of an airfield, the airfield could be destroyed very quickly, even if fighters did scramble to attack them.

A20 Havoc was an agile and fast low level attack bomber. During the days shortly after D-Day I've read reports that the Havoc Pilots flew so low that they actually cut swaths in the Hedge Rows with their props! Should be fun!

A20 should be a fun plane to try im always welcome to new bombers i love'em NOD should have a fun time aswell but hell probably stick in his B26 like usual

LOL newb LOL yah i'll stick to the 26 but i think i might like this new A-20 i read its a better turner, its faster, plus a better climb rate.......but it will be a secondary attack plane..........the 26 will always be my real buffer

Being that the 26 is your main ride, maybe you can answer a question from another thread.

Are the ammo loadouts for the 26's guns historically accurate?

welll.........the tail had more i think it carried 1,900 and top did but the rest are correct.........oh and the front 4 did carry around 2000 on specific missions.....but that was towards the beging of the war
