Is there a list somewhere that shows the current Perk and Scoring values for ground targets?

The perk values are available in the hangar in the ENY and OBJ columns. I am not sure what you mean by "Scoring values".

From the help web page:
If you are flying a fighter with an ENY value of 8 and you score a kill on a vehicle with an ENY value of 2, you would receive (8/2) = 4 fighter perk points.

Had the vehicle driver scored the kill on you, he would receive (2/8) = 0.25 vehicle perk points.

A bomber with an OBJ value of 8 who destroys a bunker with a point value of 20 would receive (8/20) = 0.4 bomber perk points.

Yeah Yeah...but where do you get that bunker value...I know the arbitrary value paragraph from the help page, but I want to know:
What is a VH worth,
FH
BH
Fuel
Ammo
Barracks
.50 Ack
40mm Ack
88mm Ack
Radar
City/factory bldgs etc...

I've wondered the same. Hangars aren't worth much as I've been using the lowliest of bombers (ju88) to knock them down and just do not get a lot of points for them. Barracks, ammo bunkers and fuel seem to be where its at. I'm not sure about Acks/AAA. I'm also wondering how much (if any?) is given to bomber guys shooting down fighters. I think there is some...I bombed a bunch of bunkers/fuel/ammo last night in a B26 and managed to shoot down 3 fighters before the 4th one did me in. I think I got 4 points for that sortie.

Sorry, somehow I missed the part where you specified "ground targets".

Come to think of it, that would be nice information to know.
