This could happen if you have previously had a two-week trial, maybe under a different Login name/GameID?  I know that it also happened to me when I signed up for the second time under a slightly different login name/GameID (the original GameID was not available, though I suppose I could have asked for it if I really wanted to).  I realised that all other details were the same, and presumed that was the reason - only one two-week trial per person not per account!  :D

Just drop an email to HTC and I'm sure they will sort it out for you.

Blkshp,

There is no need to argue about it. E-mail your login ID to either support@hitechcreations.com or billing@hitechcreations.com and we will check into it for you.

Once it is confirmed that you have never received a 2 week free trial in the past, we will be more than happy to reset your time ASAP.

The sooner you send the info to us, the sooner we can get you in the skies.

Regards,

Yankee

Am still waiting to recv a answer to my post about the trial period
could the fact that I used the same disk that a friend used to load the game be screwing me up???
last message recv'd said I signed on in april that was when he signed on, he gave me disk he used just over a week ago and have been bouncing messages ever since trying to figure this out.
