Tivia: Who said this and to whom did they say it?
« on: May 21, 2002, 08:12:46 PM »
Im currently reading a fascinating book.  A quote reached out and grabbed me like a pair of machinegun jubblies.  The quote is especially applicable today, imo, when describing the fight against suicidal fanatical subwits...anyhow, I digress.

Just for fun: Does anyone here have any idea who is being quoted and to whom they are speaking?

You'll have to stretch many a point to allow for the free-and-easy life of these western camps.  But, whenever you're certain that your dealing with downright visciousness, the complete disregard for human rights and decency, remember that such lawlessness is the greatest enemy of mankind.  Any man who is honestly
combating such lawlessness is justified in going to any lengths to which lawlessness forces the fight.  ""When you know you have a fight with visciousness on your hands, hit first, if you can, and when you do hit, hit to kill.,
