From going over the raw logs (Exile will have them parsed later for your viewing pleasure) I counted 77 LW vs 76 RAF! This was the most even frame in terms of numbers I've seen!
It was also one of the most even in terms of air to air results! The Luftwaffe recorded 53 kills compared to the RAF getting 49 kills. Each side safely landed 14 planes, the LW ditched a few more birds than the RAF (7 to 5), each side bailed 15 times (15 bails for RAF, 14 captured and 1 bail for LW) and the RAF had 8 crashes/discos LW had 7 crashes/discos.
Targets.
Primary - The V field and town objects at London were hit hard. The port was not damaged at all, and Kenley AB (A19) was slightly damaged.
Secondary - Several hangars were destroyed as was a secondary target (fuel or ammo).
Alternate - Oil refinery was not able to be attacked at all.
Given the fact that the frame was played so closely, and the fact that everyone seemed to have a wonderful time immersing themselves in the event, I am calling Frame 3 a draw! Everyone played their hearts out in this one, and giving either side a slim victory would diminish that fact, IMO.
to all, this was definitely my favorite frame to admin as a CM, and honestly, to participate in so far as a player. (tho I think when we get our first frame of version 1.10 with an Early Pacific setup I might have a new favorite!)
