"fh will be a sometimes thing"  just like now after a buff flies over your base....

FH's and other stuff at bases will fall as often as they do now once the buffers learn the sights.  Yeah they'll drop a little more ord, but the hangars will go down just as regularly as they do now.

skurj... One can onlyu hope.   It boils down to this..   the less effect that the fluffs have on me taking off the better the game is.  having them be unable to kill a cv is simply realistic.

Laz even though I hate you with every fat, tired, little bone in my body , I must agree with you here. Now it is true the buffs like the B17 did bomb CVs (like in the battle of Midway) but they had 0% effect on them. I am a buff pilot, but I want buffing to be a skill, not easy mode. Jabo will now be the key to killing FHs, and it will also be the key to sinking ships. (well also torping)  I will say this though, with this new buff thing I will now most likely pound enemy citys and factorys. Can you imagine a squad of 3 Lancs droping a large spread of 1kers on the Training factory?

Having you fly around for a couple of hours on patrol with no sight of an enemy would also be realistic.  Have at it.

We all want selective realism.  I don't want my account to be canceled when I die for example.  Likewise not many people want to fly around for hours without encountering the enemy.

However, I think most of us want reallistic weapons accuracy.  It appears that the new buff modelling will include this improvement.  Hopefully this will mean that it is almost impossible for  strategic bombers to hit certain targets (such as ships) and extremely difficult for these bombers to take out tactical targets like airfields.  Likewise I hope that buffs are the best weapons to use on enemy cities and factories.

what hooli said... I don't think we want the 202 to have 4 hispanos simply because no one is flying it much right now.   We don't want an A6M2 to have self sealing tanks and boocoup armor.

Maybe you missed this from Pyro's news : We’re going to be looking at potential changes in blast damage from bombs and default hardness settings for objects as well.

Shaad Up Frog boy! Frenchy, that duel we had between A48 and A24 was fun a hell. Though I never RTBed once I'm still glad I killed you in my Hurri I.....ok it wasn't a kill....more like Collision Kill. lol  Anyway yes, it is not a Buffs job to Deack a field, it is a buffs job to fly and bomb Towns, Cities, and Factorys....and it is also the buffs job to turn Airfields into farmland.

Collision modelling in this game is perfect for net lag.  What happens on your FE to your plane is what counts.  Why on earth should someone be punished because you couldn't avoid them on your FE and they easily avoided you on their FE?
