Magnificent, 10bears!! As Mitsu says, Burma is beautiful (gonna be some opportunities for some serious GV stuff) and Greece looks great! Flying along the river in Germany was way cool, too. Thanks very much! Great job!

Just for the record
Germany and Greece are by 10Bears, Burma was by me (Which is actually an update, since Burma was the first terrain I ever made, with textures by Squirrel) and the Kurils is another excellent release by Nuttz with Brady working on it as well. In fact, I think we get to fly the Kurils next in the CT don't we? It should make for an excellent island hopping adventure :)

Having said that I'm glad you guys like it. I decided to try and get a release-able version of it completed when HTC announced we were getting a P-40 :) I still want my Ki-44 though..lol.

Yep, Sundog's done an awesome job.  See the CT forum for my plans for this terrain.  Sundog had the CT in mind when he built this, with great field placement for a long and active frontline.  I too lament Oscar's absence, as it and the Claude make up the majority of IJAF fighters encountered by the USAAF in China in '42.

d/l 'em now...  i know they'll be great, but please tell me you all didn't go bonkers with:

too much stuff crammed close together...

cluttersheep everywhere...

FPS issue, yanno?

Shane, we learn as we go, I think we now have the basics down and it is becoming easier with each map, we also check for FR's. I know I don't use the sheep clutter. And looking at Burma ( which is awsome BTW Sundog and squirrl) the feilds aren't "crammed" together. I saw greece awhile back ( another masterpiece). Kuril's is Island hopping, it is a real peice of realestate where there was fighting.  I added a CV way East (rooks 3rd party out) So If theres any inbalance the CT team can enable it to balance gameplay.

I think we are in a holding pattern for awhile till 1.10 is released and we will be as surprised as everyone else, and will have to rethink and relearn How to place the strats within the maps.

All in all, 4 really nice maps for the CT and events.

The BoB terrain really caught my eye.  There have been some very nice terrains in this game, but I didn't think it was possible to make that beautiful a terrain with the AH engine.  Looking forward to flying over the new stuff.
