my dad decided to run something called WinJunk cleaner on my pc......at first i thouggh it fuked up only Iexplorer....but now Ah wont get FPS over 20 when in tower.....nothing over 7 in the cockpit......WTF....what am i supposed to do

1. Do not use language as such here.
2. Go to the settings folder and rename it to settings2
Then restart the game and see if there is any improvement. See what all the program clears out and deletes. See if it has an undo also.
