If there was any doubt about the knight/Rook Alliance, the following screenshot shows they even do B17 missions together ;)

That's pretty funny.  But did they end up going at it at all?  I can remember once a long time ago coming home from a B-17 mission and seeing an enemy B17 on the way to the field I'm planning on landing at so that he can pork it.  He was slightly below me and I finally caught him, got in the chin turret and won the fight.
