you have to hit 'ALT - M' and your pilot moons them...which pisses them off and they engage...other than that, they just do lazy circles..

Akira,

It DID get answered. Let me go ahead and put it here in bold though you can not get them to attack you. There is no "AI" for them to use to fight against you.

i wish they had drone tanks and such to practice ground fire...

akira, i think if we had drones that would engage, it wouldn't be a very good trainer for the online game.. AI planes are usually predictable, and I think if you got used to AI attacks, your head would spin when you went online and had to deal with the endless attack strategies of real people. ideas anyone?

You have enabled AHvoice correct? To get the drones to respond you need to call them derogatory names with it.

If it doen't work your mike may be untuned or out of phase. Make a movie using AHvox where they continue to fly circles in spite of your worst name calling and post it here. I'm sure someone could help you in a jiffy.

I'm talking about other planes in the setup menu it says

Country Can Fly(1) or something like that.

I know the number means the country type like 1 is the knights

I set it to 500 but the max is 1 so what is this.

And i can't run AHvoice cause i don't have a mic.

LOL!  Country Can Fly is the setting the CMs use to open/close fields for each country.  When it is set at 1, that country can launch, with it set at 0 they can't.  :D

CDR AKIRA

They do not engage you because they are on your side.  You took off from the base, they have green icons with their names on it etc.  (Isnt this obvious?)

They would probably killshooter themselves if they did, they know this so they dont engage even tho you keep shooting them down.

You have to fly to the nme field A42.  That is the only field Ive found that spawns "ENEMY" fighters that will attack you.  I guess the other nme fields spawn friendly fighters to assist in ground attack which I believe is going to be completed in 1.10 (THAT WILL BE SO SWEET TO DO COORDINATED GROUND ATTACK OFFLINE!)

Be careful though, there's 4 of em that spawn and theyre modeled after Drex and Fester.  I would take a zero if I were you until you get the hang of their attack strategies.

If you have any problems engaging please post a film so that we know what youre talking about.

And dont seriously consider changing sides and upping FROM A42.  Then you'll have to fly to A1 because the drones at A42 will be friendly again. (this is obvious stuff Akira)

I tell you, I had to fly around offline A  LOT to find this out and I am saving you a ton of time by giving you this little spoiler.

AI is not a simple programming matter.  The code would likely double in AH if AI were implemented, which is quite silly for an online only game.
