Matrox Video Card
« on: June 06, 2002, 11:43:53 AM »
Just read a very nice review on the Matrox Video card. They use to be pretty good a few years           ago but have been out of the gaming scene for a while. Their back with a new card that offers a few new things for gamers. The card will support 3 monitors. It will offer 10 bit GigaColor technology which will allow 10 bits to represent the three main colors rather then the 8 bit. This would help blend 3D images better. Suppose to be the first 512 bit consumer card on the market. It goes on to say it can run two monitors each at 10 bit 400MHz RAMDAC with resolutions up to 2048x1516 on each monitor.

The article was in Computer Games.

There is also an article about the GeForce4 vs. Radeon
