Last week was due to a miscommunication on my part. I went on vacation and didn't make it clear that I was going to be gone. I take responsibility for that.
This week it's due to a technical difficulty beyond my control. I've made several phone calls and the problem will not be resolved this evening. The event likely will be postponed until tomorrow night.

Very sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry about that folks.

This week nothing we could do about it. Tried to get in myself, but each time before I could change any settings I was disconnected.

Not even sure if I had been able to if it would have helped.

We will try again next Wed. HTC is looking at it today.
