A call to Arms:B17 pilots for Superbowl Sunday

On Sunday, January 30th, will be the 57th anniversary of the first USAAF bombing attack on Germany, when 64 B17's attacked Wilhelmshaven without fighter escort.  

I call on brothers of Aces High to do at least 1 sortie in a B17 before "the game" starts to honor those who have fallen.

I will be up, so if you want to form up a LARGE wing of B17's on Sunday at 12:00 PST, look for me.

if we got 64 17s in a tight formation all bombing on the leader it would ROCK I think =) (specially anyone/thing that happened to be in the path of those bombs =)

And, due to the fact that I personally do not give a rats bellybutton about football {or any pro sport.} and have not since saleries topped one million when cops and firemen die daily for a pittance and the future of our country is in the hands of underpaid and unsupported teachers, I will fly all day if anyone is around and if no one is around I wil take over the Aces High world singlehanded!

Unfortunately, it looks to be the same time as the Scenario Lite, so's I expect to commemmorate the event in their daylight raid (but these Forts will have Ponies escorting them to Berlin).

I like the idea; I'm hopeful the terrain editor will be finished soon, and that historical AH events are right around the corner ...
