However the beauty of addressing this area is that you can sneak stuff in that could be useful for other purposes. My guess is we'll finally see the Stuka, maybe a Russian medium or heavy bomber, another Luftie bomber, and a couple of Russian fighters--maybe even new GVs as well.

YES!

With this in mind... Eastern Front:  Ju87, He111, Vehicles:  StuG, Panzer V, Panzer VI, German AA halftrack? (alternate to M16), and some Russian vehicles as well (T34!).  Throw in some MiGs, Lagg-3, an early Yak.

Not all early war though.  Throw us a cookie to combat the mass of buffs we'll see in 1.10... ME-410!!!  Its just too beautiful to describe :)  MUCH better looking than that Allied twin-engine POS called "lightning" :p

Hehe

[EDIT:  Lets not get ahead of ourselves...v1.10 is right around the corner.  I'm extremely happy with ANY updates HTC throws at us :)]

1) I'd like a method of using the current auto-fuel-tank-selection feature but be able to control how it is done.  At a minimum I'd like at least to be able to say which is emptied first.  My ideal system would allow, on a per plane basis, to specify where in the airframe I would like the CG kept.  My suggested interface is simply a sliding scale with "fwd" on one end and "aft" on the other.  The auto-fuel-tank-selection choose the tank to empty based on this scale.

2) I'll let Cajun speak for me as to which planes would be nice for 1.11.

I am thinking the B-26 that we have now is a Martin B-26 Marauder ? If so I'd like to see a Douglas A-26B/A. And how about a Stuka complete with the sirens. Also how about putting a gun that works in the pilots hands when they bail, be good for poppin some troops or another chute :D

fantastic picture of swordfish there.what game is that?

in 1.11 in terms of niggly things id like to see, as i often like to dabble making films id like to see gun flashes(muzzle) on some of the older planes. It works wonderfully on the hurricane I now and it makes for some great shots but planes like the P47 dont show flashes on the films :(

I think personally a lot of the 1.11 development time should be spent on improving the looks and appearence personally.

the photo of the swordfish is a good example of the sort of thing that can be done.that flight deck looks superb.

My major wish would be for a much larger explosion from bombs. If you look at films of bombs dropping the dirt is thrown hundreds of feet into the air. oh that reminds me, on replays we NEED to see where the bombs hit instead of seeing nothing.

if HTC do this for me i promise to make them a film they'd be proud to show off     :)

well ill do my best ;)

It's for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 . It's a beauty to fly.
You can find the zip file on http://www.flightsim.com The package contains the Swordfish in 4 liveries and a CV.

And Cajun, they got the Gloster Gladiator too :)
