Frame 3

Allies shot down 29 planes and damaged no objectives.

Axis shot down 23 planes and sunk 25% of their objectives.

Overall numbers are Allied 36, Axis 56.

So the Allies did well considering the numbers.

I am calling the frame a slim Axis victory.

Overall

The Allies lost a lot of planes in frame 1 to being caught on the ground.

Frame 2 was a much more balanced frame, and the Allies managed a victory.

However overall I am declaring the Philippines a minor Axis victory.
