I lasted three weeks...

... but the lameness of WWIIOL drove me out again. New CAP rules may be coming, and a damage audit of all a/c may be "soon", but I find I just can't hold on. Last night's domino cap and resultant crowing by a major squad in the game convinced me there really wasn't anything to hold on for. To the credit of a large portion of the community, they did condemn the action, but there are too many people ready to win by any means. The fixes are too long in coming, and inequities in play appear arbitrary and too slowly resolved.

I wish 'em luck, but if you want a ready-for-primetime game, this is not it.

I really think they oughta have scenarios.  Company of infantry with organic AAA, platoon of light armor, and a flight of fighters on each side.  Work on getting that right before trying to simulate a whole theater.

the beta is being banged right now. New Cap rules.will stop domino it looks like, attrition will make each vehicle have value to save it and the sound fix is just amazing, plus bunch of fixes and additions. Sorry you got bored. It looks like a 2 week freebie for all will happen soon. Scenarios would be great. They will have em.

Bored isn't the correct word. Frustrated by aspects of the game, yes- and I don't mean difficulty or training related. I could list them, but it serves no real purpose. There are some good people there I did enjoy seeing, there were times when it was fun, but to me it feels like a 15-minute egg cooked for 10 minutes.
