K/D what is considered a D?
« on: June 27, 2002, 08:53:27 PM »
In the Kills / Death category on the score page what's considered a "death"?  Anything that is not a safe landing?  Just wondering, striving to get a over 1  kill per death and by my count I have it (60 kills / (45 died + 1) ~= 1.30 k/d ), but it appears the score is including everything but a safe landing as a death in the calculation.  Just wondering.  Have to learn to land more .....

nah -- gonna continue to dive in on that last low bogey instead of rtb'ing :)

Hi!

Kills per Death = TotalKills / ((Discos * 0.5) + Bails + Captures + Deaths + 1)

Check out scoring of Aces High.
