Airstart offline?

Is there a way to get an airstart offline? With the new system for buffs it would be nice to be able to practice without having to waste time climbing out. I've looked through the arena and field settings and haven't seen any way to do this.

Find a map with a high alt field.  The DA map comes to mind and is part of the AH download.  

Also try asking in the Terrain Editor forum.  There are folks there who have made many, many maps.  I'm sure someone will have what you desire.

Check out the german map. There is one that the "H" option puts you at 30k near the compass rose.

Believe there is only one field that has it and its on the NW side of the map.

Terrain name is "germany" field is 29.
