Attack is real 'edge of your seat' stuff. I've been defending bases from ground attacks, recently. I prefer two 1k eggs and 25 fuel. The eggs allow for kills with near misses, and the 25 fuel keeps it real. I tend to keep the same plane up, unless I get a rad hit, or pilot wound. I've come to love the rearm pad, especially at a field under attack. Avoiding the vultchers and getting past the Flak's is really a blast.
I tend to glide a lot, get wounded a lot, rad hits are common, and there are plenty of ditches to go around. Still, I really love it when I get the enemy so mad, that they send fighters over looking for the Typhoon.
