The implementation of the new bombsight system and bomber formations are the two greatest additions to AH in a long time. to HTC for adding these features. Lining up on an IP for a bomb run with fighters around while calibrating the sight - can you say pucker factor?!? Makes for far more exciting missions. It also seems to be cutting down on the milkrunning. Welcome to strategic bombing!
The formation feature, wow. Seeing the mass defensive fire from multiple bombers is just amazing. Clearing attacking fighters or field acks has become much easier. Having the ability to drop 9000 tons of bombs from a B-17 formation can very quickly relieve a base of its ack, fuel, radar, or hangars. Might just take up more bomber flying in the MA.
