HTC, for a future patch or version, would you consider getting rid of "Pilot Wounded" and adding full, damagable crews to planes and GVs? Example, you're flying along in a B17 formation and during a battle your Right Waist gunner takes a bad hit. Rather than the whole crew, as well as the whole formation blacking out, only that position would. The gunner(s) that were hit would continue to "come in and out" untill death, and then the gun(s) would be unusable. With this system, an entire formation would not be brought down just because 1 crew member, out of 30, got pilot wounded.
