Need to know what keys control the program. Such as flaps and other items.

Start the game, hit Esc key to bring up clipboard, click 'setup'>'Keymap'
In there you will find every command in the game and the default mapping of them ( you can fiddle around with this, and customise it to your liking)
Also in the setup menu, there is a 'stick mapping' option, here is where you can programme the buttons/switches etc on your joystick.
The whole thing is fully customisable, you can set it up however you like.
