This whole map thing might just say a bit about why HTC has shunned user contributions like plane skins and I’m assuming MA maps up until now. Poor AKiron had 200 posts since 2000, and now it seems a fulltime damage control rebuttal officer role in the last week which could loft his posts by 5000% in a weeks time.
I dunno, I just finally got to try the new release and map today for 10 minutes before a server crash (think its my SBCSUCKSGlobal DSL) but will try all morning to finger out the map and judge the whines.
3 things were very clear immediately- The map is HUGE and will run it's course till you get used to it (not a bad thing I wouldn't think), HTC does some very effective select posting on the ridiculous amounts of user flak posts (always admired that), so the user submission crowd should heed and study before they release things then reply constantly at every post, and defend it in squad droves.
Oh, and the P40 is really cool until you get jumped by a Pony and a Typhoon. Ouch.
