They need some recognition and they won't get it with the new kill buffer.
There's a point I had completlely forgoten. After a couple a zillion kills over the last 5 years, if my name doesn't get there it makes no difference.
But everyone remembers being new to the game. It took me 3 days to get my first kill. Prolly 24 hours of flying. When that statement came up in the buffer for the first time I was JACKED
With the current requirements ( Which I like ) I wouldn't have seen my name in the buffer for six months of flying

I think my first tour I flew maybe 150 sorties and had 7 kills..
What's scary, this tour is shaping up to look like my first tour 5 years ago..........
