Hate to punt this, but it's late ... KMFR Mighty Fine Rock.. From Hondo Tx        (they don't shove tho's 'stupid' radio comercials down your throat)  103.7 in san antonio bet Austin can get it.

I used to listen to Laquidera from about the mid '80's until he retired.

His April Fool's day stuff used to be funny as hell.....the "Peter 'Falk in Athol" was great.

Not-for-profit (no commercials) and no government support, so they play whatever they want. Mostly bluegrass, blues, and alternative country.

And they broadcast from a camper trailer.

Had a guy in the Dorms in college with about a 1.5 watt transmitter. His personal station didn't reach much beyond the building, but it was cool having "our own" station. LOL, he even did interviews of people after returning from a party. Funny stuff at the time... IIRC.
