marriage is not worth the hassle...

Good thing it's not the 1890's eh N1kPaz?  Well, if you're better off but still wanna piss'em off... just send them a thank-you note LOL!  Sounds like they really have a marriage made to last.

Hey I've been married 14yrs and ... well my opinion now is there is NO WAY IN HELL I would do it again.  Probably would, but it would be a very long process.

Most human actions have benefits on one side and cost and associated risks on the other side. Same with marriage.

There may be plenty of reasons to marry a person you suspect of cheating.
 Like attraction.
 Like companionship vs. staying alone.
Like getting good genes for your kids - intelligence, health and - yes - attractiveness to the opposite sex (how else would you be successfull cheater?).

Not that my wife cheats, but there is very little I could not forgive her for the baby she gave me. If she gives me couple more like that I would consider it a good deal no matter what she did - even kill me.

Well Eaglecz... my father left my mother for another woman after being married for 19 years.

It's been 22 years and he's still married to that "other woman."

I don't believe that life-long marriage is right for everyone. Failed or aborted marriages in someone's past doesn't necessarily mean that they are a bad partner.

FWIW... I've been married 19 years.

I married the first time based on what the "little head" told me. The first/ex Mrs. Tahgut was runner up Miss Raging Waters. The only good thing I got out of that deal was 2 beautiful daughters.

The new improved Mrs. Tahgut is not only beautiful, she is my best friend. Live and learn. (10 yrs. 1st time around, 10 yrs. and counting with current Mrs.)
