Looks like a load of crap. It would work if they were going open source and letting people develop things for it.. but looks like they want to sell a base product then charge you more to make it into something you could possibly enjoy... providing they've created an upgrade for a type of racing you're interested in.

Gotta wonder what this adds that GPL, NASCAR4 our Tour Racing don't already have?
