The bastard stole a girl from her home, raped her and killed her. He forfeited his right to live. So... give him life in prison, and don't protect him or separate him from the general prison populace. The other inmates will deal with him, hopefully over the course of many "sessions" before his life ends. If this guy is caught and not watched after carefully, he won't live in prison long.

Once found guilty; give them a swift and painful execution. Lethal injection is too humane. Shoot them or fry them in the chair. They should be conscious until the point of death. We put dogs to sleep. Men should be executed.

I disagree. While I'm not against the death penalty, I'm not really for it either...

I'd rather see people like this suffer for a very very long time than die.
