What am I missing?

Why is it whenever I play a film, when looking at the cockpit view... it looks like I'm stuck in the forward-left view in stead of a normal cockpit view?  Even if I hit the default view button.  

...I'm hoping I am missing something very simple and obvious lol

Is this the AH (game) film viewer, or the seperate film viewer?

I often get this with the in game viewer, but resetting the head position and hitting F10 fixes it.

On the other hand, using views in the seperate viewer (such as look left, for example); often switches the view perspective (inside/outside).
