Im a vet of many many flight sims dating all the way back to an old line vector bi-plane sim for apple YEARS ago, and NEVER have I seen a company as eager to please as HTC!
Most sims you have to beg for updates, these guys crank em out as fast as you can acclimate to them. You have my utmost respect, and I hope all you younger folk appreciate what a class act this place is=)

I certainly do.  It would be one big reason I'd stick with them even if say iEN or Kesmai came out with fresh versiosn of thier respective sims/games.
HTCs' responsiveness and unheard of frequency of updates and additions is heads above any other online company I've ever seen.

Three weeks ago I was holding a tank event in the SEA. There was a problem with some of the fields. (Ack fireing on friendly's)

Hesitantly I picked up phone & called HTC. This at 1:00 on Sunday.

3rd ring HT picks up phone, I explain problem, we chat, he fixes problem. Sets fields the way I wanted, bends over backwards to make things right.

I think I'll be here till Hell Freezes over guys!

Keep right on rockin HTC!
