Gotta just love this man's blatant hypocracy!

http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020724-662627.htm

"The provision says that "due to extraordinary circumstances," timber activities will be exempt from the National Forest Management Act and National Environmental Policy Act, is not subject to notice, comment or appeal requirements under the Appeals Reform Act, and is not subject to judicial review by any U.S. court."

WTF is this supposed to mean?  Excuse me but can the legislative branch walk over the judicial branch like this?  sorry mr damazinhunk, but all bills are subject to judicial review!!   Doh! Stupid constitutions keeps getting in his way.

God I wish this man was gone.  The day he is replaced as Senate majority leader will be a GREAT day for this nation....................... ...................

Cool, we should get Dorkel to setup a global warming deal where they could do a controlled burning of all the trees in his state. We could just get the planet up to a steady 110 degrees and completely fill it up with greenhouse gas effects. That would take care of both the global warming issue and the debate thread here in the O-Club ...

Everyone in Congress should try it and inhale ....

I love it when things like this are "tucked into" other bills.
